this event is designed for all the tatami lovers.
Open to Cadets, Juniors, and Seniors, both male and female athletes, as well as visually impaired and blind athletes (J1 J2), the Riner Cup provides a unique platform to showcase tomorrow’s talents and welcome athletes from all backgrounds, whether amateur or international.
More than just a tournament, the Riner Cup celebrates the essence of judo in all its diversity: spectacular fights, an unmatched atmosphere, and unforgettable moments for all ages.

On April 5th and 6th, 2025, the Arena Teddy Riner, located at 103 Avenue de la Redoute, 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine, will open its doors to host the very first edition of the Riner Cup. This venue, dedicated to sporting excellence and the passion for judo, is more than just a competition hall: it’s a sanctuary where the spirit of Teddy Riner inspires every judoka to push their limits.
Over two intense days, the tatamis of the Arena will echo with the steps of seasoned athletes and rising stars. Every move, every throw, every victory will resonate in this extraordinary space, turning each moment into an unforgettable experience. The grandeur of this venue, infused with Teddy Riner’s vision and passion, provides the perfect stage for tomorrow’s champions.

All participants licensed with the FFJDA must mandatory validate their registration through their club via the FFJDA extranet
Competition Format:
Double Repechage Bracket : Maximum of 64 competitors
Match Duration : 4 minutes
Minimum grade : green belt
All participants must hold a valid license for the 2024-2025 season
In case of false declarations, the responsibility for any uncovered accidents cannot be attributed to the Riner Cup
The championship-grade relationship will be applied

Article 1: Registrations will only be accepted via the federal extranet under the competition section (FFJDA website)
Article 2: In case of disputes, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final decisions
Article 3: All competitors will remain under the responsibility of their respective Clubs, Structures, or Committees
Article 4: Each participant expressly authorizes the organizers of the Riner Cup Tournament, as well as their assignees such as partners or media, to use any still and/or audiovisual images in which they may appear, captured during their participation in this Tournament (on all media, including promotional and advertising materials), for an unlimited duration.
