Article 1: Organization of the Game
The company RINER’S, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Nanterre under the number 941 141 897, whose head office is located at 90 rue de Villiers 92600, Levallois Perret, organizes a free contest with no purchase obligation entitled RINER CUP 2025 contest, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
This regulation contains 13 articles.
Article 2: Purpose of the Game
On the occasion of the judo sports competition organized at the Arena Teddy Riner in Asnières-sur-Seine 92600, which will take place on April 5th and 6th, 2025, to promote the first edition of this event, the company Riner’s organizes a contest on its Instagram account to give away 2 plane tickets to the Antilles with its partner Billetdiscount.fr, 2 Samsung TVs, a Xiaomi smartphone, and a Redmi tablet with its partner Carrefour France, and a judogi autographed by Teddy Riner with its partner Fightart (hereinafter the “prize”).
The winners may not, under any circumstances, demand the cash equivalent of the prize.
A first draw on April 5th, 2025, organized at the Arena, among competitors and the public attending the competition on Saturday, April 5th, and having submitted a participation form in the partner Billetdiscount.fr box, will designate the winners of the 2 plane tickets.
A second draw on April 7th, 2025, among the followers of the Riner Cup Instagram account, will designate the 4 winners of the Carrefour France prizes and the Fightart judogi.
All Riner Cup partners will share the contest on Instagram.
Article 2-1: Access to the Game and Submission
The Game is accessible on the Instagram account @rinercup, and the rules can be accessed on the website: www.rinercup.com.
They may also be provided, free of charge, upon simple request to the Organizer at the following address: contact@rinercup.com.
These rules are filed online with the company depotjeux.com of the group Fidéalis.
Article 3: Date and Duration
Competitors, the public, and followers can participate in this contest from March 19th to April 6th, 2025. The 2 draws will be conducted as explained above and published via Instagram story on the Riner Cup competition account.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend the participation period and postpone any announced date.
Article 4: Participation Conditions & Validity
4-1 Conditions of Participation
The Game is open to all adults residing in metropolitan France.
Not allowed to participate are any person who collaborated in the organization of the Game, as well as members of their direct families, employees of the Organizer, or subcontractors.
Participation in the game is limited to one entry per person with the same email address.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the draw and/or the game any participation that does not comply with the rules, especially due to lack of tagging or following the account.
Article 5: Designation of Winners
The winners of the contest will be contacted directly by the Organizer to receive their Prize after verification of their identity.
Article 6: Prizes
The prizes include:
• 2 plane tickets with the partner Billetdiscount.fr
• 2 Samsung TVs, a Xiaomi smartphone, and a Redmi tablet with the partner Carrefour France
• An autographed judogi from Fightart
Article 7: Notification and Publication of Winners’ Names
Winners will be notified via email and must provide their full identity to the Organizer.
Article 8: Prize Delivery or Pickup
Winners will be invited by email to provide the necessary information to the Organizer for sending the prizes.
After a period of 48 hours without response to the email inviting the winner to provide their address, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another randomly drawn participant.
Incorrect email or postal address:
If the email address is incorrect or does not match that of the winner, or due to technical issues preventing the correct delivery of the notification email, the Organizer cannot be held responsible. The Organizer is not obligated to seek out the winner in case of invalid or unreadable email address or incorrect postal address.
Article 9: Promotional Operations
By accepting the prizes, the winners authorize the Organizer to use their names, brands, social denominations, and email addresses for promotional purposes on any chosen medium without any remuneration or compensation other than the won prizes.
Article 10: Personal Data
The personal data collected as part of the game participation is recorded and used by the Organizer for the purposes of participation and prize allocation.
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6th, 1978, participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their information by sending a request to the Organizer’s address mentioned in Article 1.
Article 11: Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that the Organizer’s only obligation in the Game is to conduct the draw from the collected entries, subject to compliance with the rules, and to award the prizes to the winners.
Article 12: Force Majeure / Reserves
The Organizer cannot be held responsible if the game needs to be modified, shortened, or canceled due to force majeure or circumstances beyond their control.
Article 13: Disputes
The Rules are governed by French law. Any difficulty in the application or interpretation of the Rules will be exclusively settled by the Organizer.
No telephone requests regarding the application or interpretation of the rules will be answered. Any dispute or claim must be made in writing to the Organizer’s address.
No claims will be considered eight days after the end of the Game.
